Naughty Cat Cafe is Chattanooga's first and only cat cafe, opened by Whitney and Heath to fuel their desire to help cats find forever homes while educating communities on the importance of spay and neuter services. Located in the St. Elmo neighborhood at the base of Lookout Mountain, the venue provides convenient access for local and visiting cat lovers.
