All cats are adoptable through Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary, a 501(c)3 no-kill, cage-free cat sanctuary and rehabilitation center specializing in rescuing cats with special needs and disabilities.

The café layout features two distinct entrances: one leading to the actual coffee house with seating and merchandise, and another to the cat area. Large windows between both sites allow views without entry. The space is exceptionally clean and well-organized with multiple small areas in back, including a senior cat room and a space for cats acclimating to the environment. The coffee is among the finest at any cat cafe, with standout drinks like the "Caramel Cat-ppuccino" and "Tuxedo Mocha." Pastries and baked goods—especially the "Purrfect Brownie"—are delicious. The merchandise shop features local vendor products including blankets, earrings, clothing, hats, and magnets. Staff are welcoming, upbeat, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work.

No reservations are needed during the week; walk-ins are always accepted as space allows. Saturdays offer reservation options as the busiest day. The cat room is clean and comfortable with ample seating and toys for interactive play. Cats have various personalities and are individually introduced by knowledgeable staff. Private event rentals are available at $75/hour or $125/2 hours, including free drip coffee and hot chocolate or juice, with specialty drinks and bakery available at discounts. Carry-ins are allowed.
