Mochas and Meows Cat Cafe, founded in 2019, is Branson's most affordable family-friendly animal encounter experience, offering a beautiful, clean environment where dozens of adoptable cats live comfortably while awaiting forever homes from partner Branson Humane Society. The sprawling 2,000+ square feet cat lounge features varied comfortable seating options, bright natural lighting, and gentle background music creating a relaxed atmosphere. The facility houses cats that receive far superior second-chance living conditions compared to traditional shelter environments, allowing them to provide unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences. The organization emphasizes that every decision prioritizes cat welfare, with no same-day adoptions as staff conducts thoughtful matchmaking to ensure appropriate placements rather than rushing animals into first-available homes.

The full-service cafe serves high-quality beverages including various hot and iced teas, bursting boba drinks, real fruit smoothies, hot chocolate, coffee and espresso drinks. The menu features signature Purrninis—sandwich and quesadilla combos crafted on 12-inch tortillas served with chips—available daily for consumption on the cafe side only. Beverages with lids can be brought into the lounge with careful monitoring around cats. All cats come from Branson Humane Society, which covers medical expenses, spay/neuter procedures, vaccinations, FIV/FeLV testing, and related care, with the majority of adoption fees returning to the humane society partner. Visitors can note detailed cat information displayed throughout the facility, including fun facts about felines and information about individual residents.
