Opened January 4, 2026, Cat Café Le Ciel occupies two floors: 1F stylish café with handcrafted crêpes, 2F cat interaction area. Located 5 minutes from Kameoka Station (JR Sagano Line), the venue welcomes families (age 6+). Young, playful kittens and a bright, open design create a casual reward-yourself atmosphere. Owner Ichiro Tanaka designed the modern, aesthetically pleasing interior.

The young kittens are exceptionally people-oriented and playful. Reviewers praised their gentleness and raved about watching them line up during meal times—described as "incredibly adorable."
